We will never know whyYahtzee ( and his pal Kismet ) were nearly starved to death.....but we are immensely grateful to the shelter staff who worked so hard to save them......special small feedings for weeks and weeks until they were stable . 

Can you imagine a 1 year old GSD weighing only 19 lbs ? Heartbreaking :-(

But that is all in the past and with clean bill's of health, Yahtzee ( and Kismet )  are thriving and on their way to their foster homes.

Our driver says they are super friendly and happy......and were wonderful riders, too on the long drive from SC.
