Aspen's family's resident dog has had some health issues and sadly she needs to find a new home.  Aspen is a sweet lovable and affectionate little girl who would make a great family dog, she is good with children and other dogs, although she can play rough at times - because she is still a puppy and because she just has so much of that wonderful, playful puppy energy!  Aspen has a great temperament and she is super friendly to all.  She is house trained, sits on command, will stay in her bed when told, and walks well on leash. She just loves going on long walks. She is currently working on not jumping when she meets new people and not jumping on kitchen counters.

She is crate trained and sleeps through the night in her crate with no issues . She is a chewer-but with enough toys, she will not be destructive. Loves antlers, kongs,  and hard chew toys,  Aspen will wake you up  in the morning with wet kisses and just loves to cuddle!  Aspen loves people - did we mention that? :) She would do best in a home with lots of people interaction - with a family that will remember that she is a high energy, typical puppy - a dominant female -  who sometimes has a hard time settling down - because she is a puppy - and this is why exercise is so very important.
