CONGRATULATIONS, SHADOW, ON YOUR PENDING ADOPTION!

Update : Shadow continues to do well with meeting new dogs and people however he has shown a bit of unease /protectivness with a  female friend  of foster.  He seems to be more comfortable with men than woman.

Our trainer believes he is being protective of the male foster but we learned that he did this also in his prior home where unfortunately, he was given no training .

For this reason we suggest no children . 

Update 7/7/2020 : Shadow is doing extremely well in his foster home .He is a confident boy ( although the ceiling fan seems to be a be a new thing to him :-)

Shadow is comfortable in his crate and learning basic good manners from his foster. he has been friendly to all dogs he has met .

Shadow's life was turned upside down right now. He lived with two other GSD's for 5 years --his whole life--but when the female died, the two remaining males started squabbling and Shadow was left at a shelter.
