Scout is a sweet lab mix who lost her mom unexpectedly and is now looking for a new family. 

She would do best with a person or family who is mostly home, as she was used to living with her
mom who was retired and home a lot.

Scout went through basic training as a young dog and knows SIT, DOWN, COME and SHAKE.   She walks well on a  leash. She loves to chew on bones and also loves to swim.   She would prefer the company of larger dogs. She has not lived with other dogs, but has been fine when they visit with her.

She has been around children frequently (grandkids), but would probably do best around older kids as she sometimes will jump up.

Scout is 6 1/2 years young, weighs around 55 lbs and has some seasonal allergies.

Scout is the perfect dog who will be a loyal companion to the right person.
