Update from Beau's foster:  What a fantastic little pup!  Beau is friendly, playful, and, often full of himself.  It’s amazing to his foster parents that this wonderful pup hasn’t been scooped up.  While he’s not a purebred GSD, he is one great fun loving puppy.  He can make a game out of anything - give him a pile of leaves and he’s happy to roll around; a stick and he’ll carry/chew/or play tug with it.  He’ll chase a ball, a frog, his brother or anything else that catches his attention.  He has a sharp focus, but in typical puppy fashion, it doesn’t last long.  If you want some puppy kisses, Beau is happy to oblige.  Beau’s potty training is coming along well and he loves his crate for bedtime.  Beau had a rough start in life and deserves a loving home.  Will it be yours?

Adopting and raising a  puppy is not for the faint of heart....A puppy requres a committment for a lifetime, and more patience than you can imagine, they are not cheap to raise, and they can be messy and loud and stubborn :) .....  but oh, the rewards are so worth it! . Training is so very important and should begin right from the git-go - just as with your human baby....this is so important, because you shape the dog that your puppy will become. Remember, this cute little guy is going to grow and become a cute big guy...and his deportment and social skills are in your hands!  Do your research please.  Make sure a puppy is right for you and that you can and that you will commit to him for his lifetime.  Beau is hanging out with his brother, Abner, and his foster mom.  He is practicing his potty training skills, learning to eat like a gentleman, and waiting to meet you!
